Position: Brand Outreach Intern

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively outreach to 40-50 brands daily, identified by the Influencer Marketing and Brand Collaboration Team.
  2. Craft personalized emails tailored to each brand’s unique attributes, values, and collaboration potential.
  3. Establish and nurture relationships with the identified brands, acting as the primary point of contact.
  4. Negotiate collaboration deals, ensuring they align with the objectives and values of IG MEDIA HOUSE.
  5. Regularly update and report on the status of each outreach effort, highlighting any challenges, successes, or feedback received.
  6. Maintain a structured database of communication with the brands, ensuring information accuracy and ease of access.
  7. Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in crafting compelling and personalized emails.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and sell the value proposition of IG MEDIA HOUSE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication threads effectively and professionally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to meet outreach targets and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Students or graduates from Marketing, Communications, Sales, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in brand outreach, sales, communication, or deal negotiation would be a plus.
